@scottlanghoff8729 Nah man, let the free market handle the business side of it. We just need the local government to cut some red tape. Possibly put the initial sale of each unit to single families only (no investors) and let the free market work its magic.

@scottlanghoff8729 I cannot control the voting metric of the city or state but I am a pretty devout Capitalist and think even given all of the hurdle that we should listen to ideas and tweak them to the taste of the electorate. I could go on a 3 day rant about California/San Diego county bureaucracy but this place has made me quite rich. Trust in Capitalism even in a left leaning area.
