  1. Sad for the kids but the most important part was spoken at the end. I don’t think the prosecution has the goods on a legitimate charge. Larry could and should walk if this is the case. When you have to do a preliminary examination hearing it could get dumped right then and there. On the other hand if the prosecution has the juice they could put Larry behind the 8-Ball for the actual trial.
