  1. Every situation is different but saying this as a landlord > If I have a great tenant I typically will work out a deal that will allow them to get them back up and running. In the end the profits will return and your tenant will be grateful. If you have a crappy tenant that you wanted to leave anyway then this is a good opportunity to see that happens as well.
