  2. See if he is guilty. I don’t find it terribly intelligent to be hanging out with 1% MC while still being on active duty. Let’s see the facts of the case first. HA doesn’t up and attack people unless they are provoked.

  8.  @carlv8168  If he is convicted they could hit him with UCMJ Article 128 or possibly go to court martial but it all depends on the facts. If he did not hit or assault anyone he will receive no punishment. Military and Civilian courts do not act in the same way. Truth be told a DUI is worse than an Assault in the Navy’s eyes

  9. He could potentially but there will be a heavy burden of proof for a court martial. My guess is he is hit with Article 128 and 134 in a Captains Mast. If the “victims” if the victims instigated the melee it will be even more difficult
