  1. Best idea is to section off parts of the city to have them dwell and sleep. They should be free to roam as they wish but they cannot make camp outside of those zones.

  2. Homeless are useless members of society. You would think they would keep their area clean and tidy but they don’t. They don’t care. They are useless people.

  4. Homeless are useless member of society. It would be one thing if they kept their areas tidy. Helped around the neighborhoods they camped. They do the opposite. Nasty, disease ridden areas and they attack people for no reason and cause destruction. They should be harassed constantly on public areas.
