  2.  @evl1536  it was before, may be ...10 year ago or even more, now it is the same like in US. it is like with furcoat - it is not popular anymore. You are like outdated a bit. fashion still exists, especially among teenagers, but people in simple clothes are not perceived as 'poor', especially since there are many very democratic and popular brands
