  3. these Russian people never came to Ukraine, their ancestors lived in this land for thousand + years, as Lavrov said, they built these cities and factories. It was Stalin who took this area from Russia and added to Ukraine. But these Russian people wanted to be Ukraine citizens, they all had Ukraine passports. But they were forbidden to teach their kids native language, read books in russia, have media in native language and etc.

It was Stalin and Lenin who took this area from Russia and put to Ukraine. The idea behind was : Ukraine was a farm country, Farmers have property - land, and they (according communst theory) are kind of capitalists, but workers of factories don't have anything (proletariat). So to improve communism regime in Ukraine Staline took a part of Russia with cities of factories and put it to Ukraine.
