  3. недавно была программа - помогали бездомным восстановить документы, сразу пожилые бездомные стали получать пенсии, если без жилья - в дома престарелых государственные, а молодых на работу пристраивать начали. А снять жилье у нас очень недорого можно. Эта программа и сейчас работает, еще много волонтеров.

  4. in the Soviet times the goverment supported art and music schools, they were in any even smallest city for free. Imagine 2 private lessons of music weekly for free during 7 years, and add chorus and music theory in group. A huge investments to develop minds. The same for art schools. And huge amount of free kids activities. For that too we love the Soviet Union.

  5.  @dherman0001  I understand you. But 'became free' is not a proper words in this case. may be it could be interesting for you to watch some soviet movies to understand better. Among them you can find even Oscar winners. Almost all our older generation love the Soviet Union. They have their reason.

Communism climes that workers (proletariats) is the main fource of society. They dont' care about rase or nationality.

  8.  @dherman0001  fascist is a different name for nazi , Italian nazi used it for their own nazi party in 1920-1950. They had the same ideology with German nazi thought that Arias are super humans (of cause Italian and German were considered Arias) and some more European nations. It is nazi idea - that a particular nation is better than other. It is exact opposite to communist idea where nation or rase are not considered at all.

  12. Пенсионеры не платят налоги за одно жилье и за один (дополнительный) участок - то есть дачу. 12т уже не бывает, только если никогда не работал.

  14.  @dherman0001  Gulag was in 1937-1941, 85 years ago. It is horrible history. When we look at this time to European country... Germany(better not), even US - black people can't even sit the same banch in the park with white people. In Europe - in Belgia- the last zoo with alive people was closed in 1957! Dania - now we know what their goverment did with native people of Greenland in 1970-80 !! Now check video about tent cities in Erope and US, I am not sure about human rights of these people

  15.  @dherman0001  Gulag was in 1937-1941. It was 85 years ago. I ment tent cities in Philadelphia. I am not sure thees people don't have food shortage. And it is going just now! Do you know that the last zoo with alive human was closed in Belgia in 1957. As example for you. What was going in US this time we all know.

  20.  @Andrey_Bodrey75  Главное, что им начали помогать документы восстанавливать. Все пожилые люди и инвалиды начали получать пенсии. А многие стали легально работать. Все благодаря системе 'одного окна' , ну и волонтерам спасибо.
