We have already a huge amount foreign people. Germany immigrations is traditional for Russia during some centures. We almost dont have homeless (I dont see any for years,) our cities are very clean. small kids go outdoor themselves. It is fine for young girls to go alone after midnight and etc. Universities and healthcare are free. Doctors come to your home for free. Russia give all of this to all people even to those who dont know Russian. In addition if you dont know ,Russia is a federation - it means a union of some nations - 100+ alive languages, 26 state languages :)
