  2.  @andreasmartin7942  in Sochi, the infrastructure exists, why not? Russia is huge country and even has subtripical region. And a plant for the production of solid-state batteries that are not afraid of frost is already being built in Kaliningrad.

  4.  @rchird2010  I wrote about electrical bases park only and that Moscow has the biggest parkin the world (Moscow is huge) just now( may be for 3 last years) not before. Moscow has the busiest metro (electrical) and trams, before the capital had trolleys. Moscow is the biggest European capital (bigger than London) Most Russian cities have electrical trolleys or trams. Many megapolises have metro. Charging netwoerk exists in Russian South - SOchi and Krasnadarsky kray for private cars.
