  5. 0it is a must in Russia. Huge tubes with very hot water are deep underground , water goes to our homes from power stations. If you were in Irkutsk (a city near Baikal) where the outdoor temperature is -30C in winter, you would see a lot of opened windows, because, sometimes it is too hot indoor. The same in cafe or in stores. The same around Russia.
