  2. there is something not logical with 'step 1' and 'step 2', how you can count an amount of people after 'step 1'? And additional question: for what to build the mall if there are not customers?

  3.  @davefromflorida.1932  if you are logical: there HUGE amount of malls, and 90% can't afford. Who pays for outdated products ? where take money to pay salaries to malls workers, rent, utilities? And to build this huge building is very expensive? and again , almost daily - new, new, new...
