  2. Applebees is a chain. It's actually pretty popular. It's not over-priced, there are good menu choices, and it's a decent atmosphere. It's not upscale in any way, but it's not fast food. Is it memorable? Not really. It's borderline a sports bar in most locations because they have TVs showing games in most facilities.
