As a man who started shaving my head years ago, I've had more women ask to rub my head and give me attention than when I had hair. You have to have the right shaped head to pull it off, but if you can look like Lex Luthor (Smallville), then it can be sexy. Sure, some women have no interest in bald men; some women like beards. You will never be appealing to all women, but that's okay. Stand out and don't be afraid to stand out.
