  1. I belie that customer service and a more "connected" way of interacting with clients are what's needed in our hyper medial society. I use Adblocker to minimize adverts on every site... but i do pay for youtube premium for the single reason of being able to play content on my phone with the screen turned off. Spotify have the same policy, you can download music to your device but if your offline to long it wont play ^^. It's more than 72 hours thou.
