I am confused isn't she the third black nominee or the third African-American the second woman of color the first bein g Sonia Maria Sotomayor she doesn't count very confusing he is the fifth woman to sit on the supreme Court of a different race we have African Americans already we had Celtic woman from Ireland where the Jewish race Italian Mediterranean race so is she the third African person the second woman of color and the fifth woman to sit on the supreme Court

Now that's even more confusing if she doesn't know what's a woman so she doesn't know she is a woman so she is not the first or second woman of color because she's not a woman she's not the third African American because two are men and we don't know what the third is so saying that she's the first African American woman is not true because she's not a woman so it's wrong to say by anybody that she's the second woman the first woman because she cannot define women so it's not a woman
