  1. You might want to consider other countries too, at present Thailand is not so expat friendly. They see more money coming from the Chinese, so many expats are leaving

  2.  @tetsuyama5116  Thanks for your insight. My thoughts are that real estate like other investments should be diversified, so real estate in other countries would seem to minimize risk.
