  1. Andrew, I have family that left the now Czech republic in the 19th century when it was part of the Austro-Hungarian empire. Would I be able to qualify for Hungarian since it was part of the republic or only the physical country where my family member was born?

  2.  @branleyhd  I haven't really looked into it yet. I know Croatia now longer has the language requirement as of last year. But I know Hungary may be more specific.
