  1. Nearly all of Asia is humid. Since I'm not a "city person" there are less offerings for me in that part of the world. China releases their nuclear waste directly into the ocean, so not sure how safe it is to be eating seafood in that region of the world.

  3. I would say you want to stay away from Europe. All of Europe by US standards is too bureaucratic. You might want to consider Panama around the Coronado area, internet is excellent there. Depending on what warmth means to you, it will have 90 during the day and around low 70's at night. El Valle is a mountain town about 45 min away. so it will be low 80's during the day. It's a territorial based tax system, so if you have an online business or your business is outside the country, you will pay no taxes. Coronado and Panama City have decent hospitals. You do want to use the private system, not the public. But if you calculate that you are not paying taxes, one can afford private health insurance. Some plans are as low as $80/month or if you are over 55+ you will likely be looking at $300/month for International Health care, but you can go anywhere to have medical coverage.
