  1. a threat to the safety of others applies with or without "mental" issues. no, the "councelor" broke the law by not keeping the confidentiality of the person seeking advise. of course, this is the US so the person breaking the law goes scott free while the person seeking help and advise is kidnapped and abused. that America for you... the land of backward logic and "justice." thanks for the video.
