wasn't mr. castile in the passenger seat? why was he being approached by the cop at all? why was his ID even being demanded by the cop? cops are supposed to approach the driver not the passengers! its the driver that's being suspected of the traffic violation, not the passengers. the cop wasn't going to ticket the passenger for a traffic violation was he? now cops have the power to demand ID from everyone in the car when giving a traffic citation to a driver? thanks for the video.
