  1. +Ashley Morgan: you're of course right. its impossible to have "resisting arrest" as the ONLY charge. you first have to be arrested for something before you can resist it. the most this mailman could be charged with, legally, is resisting harassment and kidnapping. and he didn't even really do that! but of course the people responsible for upholding the law (cops, prosecutors, judges) aren't responsible for obeying the law.
