  1. most of trump's cabinet was never approved by congress. he violated the constitution in this way too, AND GOT AWAY WITH IT! what trump did was install "ACTING" heads of his cabinet. acting-heads don't require congressional approval. by law, they're supposed to be temporary until an official nomination can be made. trump didn't bother. he just kept his acting-heads on as long as he found them loyal to his criminal intent. trump continuously broke the law before, during and after his white house crime spree. AND NO ONE STOPPED HIM! he could still be charged for EVERY crime he committed while in the white house. BUT HE WON'T BE! every time he repeats his lies he's committing more crimes! AND NO ONE STOPS HIM!

  2. the reality is 2024 isn't the problem. the GOP is openly trying to subvert the constitution and install a fascist-state in 2022! they're admitting to it PUBLICLLY! how many actually believe americans are going to "vote" in another GOP majority in state and federal legislatures just 2 years after the GOP COMMITTED THE BIGGEST ACT OF TREASON in american history? IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN! the GOP is set to use rigged elections across the country to steal the u. s. congress in 2022! from that point on see the GOP launch revenge investigations, make mass false arrests and prosecute the democratic party. this is NO secret either. they're sayong this OPENLY! this is all because our damned govt won't protect us from fraud and treason the GOP has committed over the last 7 years! like trump, the GOP are routinely commiting crimes to take over the u. s. and NO ONE is stopping them!
