  1. this carries over to trump. in the 2016 GOP debates, he openly admitted, on national tv, to bribing of politicians. this was a PUBLIC confession to a felony that could easily result in decades in prison for trump. but the news media, NO WHERE, picked up on it and the politicians ignored it BECAUSE if they were to prosecute trump they'd have to prosecute all the politicians who accepted those bribes from all those rich people over the last 5 or 6 decades. and they'd have to prosecute all those other rich people too! so it boils down to this - the man who publicly admitted to felony bribery and graft was given the white house instead of prison to protect the corrupt system that functions on bribery, graft, extortion and murder. that's what the U.S. has become!
