  13. ​ @MaestroKong  ... my computer screws up 4, 5 times a day. you want your life and all society dependent on and interconnected with such a flawed technology? i don't want to be dependent on any technology that screws up constantly, has NO backup and that i have no control over. also, under capitalism this technology won't create a paradise of leisure! those workers displaced by technology won't fly off to the Bahamas every weekend. they'll languish in unemployment, insecurity and poverty. lastly, its police-state technology designed to track us. manipulate us and addict us. so no, the fascist corporate take over of society by corporate technology isn't a good thing. the intrusive and all-encompassing technology the elite are forcing on us is for THEIR benefit NOT OURS!
