i thought hellen keller was deaf, dumb and blind from birth. thanks for clarifying that for me. but she didn't really educate herself. anne sullivan helped educate her at an early age. but i don't know how imact she had on her later life. watch the original film "the miracle worker" (1962). its a fictionalized telling of this relationship. its really good.

the nazi's expected women to have a baby a year. and if some women couldn't find husbands the state would arrange a marriage for them. little known fact - the nazis didn't call themselves "nazi." in every speech given by hitler, goebbels or any high ranking nazi official the full phrase "national socialism" was used. the word "nazi" was created by the german press as an insult and to ridicule the nazi's. and they hated the word. thanks for the video.
