@danielroque8504 ... thanks to technology this is the third damned time i had to write this! its just a rule someone made up and others, for some reason, honor it. i can see the reason for it. we don't want sitting presidents inundated with an avalanche of frivilous lawsuits or politically motivated "legal" threats. but, at the same time we don't want scofflaws, criminals and gangsters, like trump, in govt much less the white house. so, its ok as a guideline but not as a hard and fast, unbendable rule that interferes with the enforcement of the law!
