  1. trump thinks he's gonna pull a "hitler" and just stand up in court, ramble-on incessantly at will and make speeches in court. that's what hitler did. he just stood up and made long speeches lying about the "november criminals." trump thinks he'll do the same thing and spew his lies about the mean people who stole the 2020 election from him. but he'll never say anything under oath. other than a few depositions trump has made no statements under oath as "president," as a reality show star, as a businessman or on the stand during trial. because trump absolutely despises telling the truth. like a fool, he thinks honesty is a sign of weekness.
