@Nagroddy ... its my contention that that what's the federalist society claims but not what they really are. and they know it. they falsely claim the constitution is a fascist document and want it enforced as such. fascists do this a lot. they lie about themselves and their true intentions. both sides display this fascism. many self-proclaimed progressives aren't really progressives at all and wish to force their fascism on all society. maga does this by claiming to be "patriots" while advocating for civil war and treason. the philosophy of "equalism," is the only TRUE anti-fascist belief system there is. we equalists expose and denounce fascism regardless of which "side" its coming from.

@Nagroddy ... i agree. money is the great corruptor and unequalizer and has no business in politics in a country pretending to be "democratic." thanks to capitalism the cost of political campaigns is indefensible. even running in local politics is too expensive for the average american. it requires the backing of huge political machines and that ain't good. it also allows two parties to monopolize the political system. and that good either.

i'm so tired of these "judges" giving trump perpetual favor. these are delay tactics. they're frivilous "motions" and a misuse of the courts. we can't do it but these judges continually allow trump to do it. this judge cannon first complained about this motion being presented to her bench. she now says - ok, i'll do whatever you want. despite the fact there's NO LEGAL STANDING in her court and no legal precedent to allow such a motion. cohen and guiiliani both had "special masters" in their cases because 1) the fed govt requested them and 2) both people were attorneys who may have had "protected" documents inadvertently taken from them. neither of these circumstances apply to trump! WHEN'S THE TRUMP FAVORITISM AND INSANITY GOING TO END? Judge Reinhard, who has actual legal authority in this case, can overrule cannon's obviously baseless and prejudicial desision here. which of course would only result IN MORE DELAYS that favor trump! its these illegal delays that trump actually wants. and he has NO LEGAL RIGHT to them. but he's trump and, for some odd reason, he always gets what he wants.
