the word is "struck" btw. what? the prosecution can't violate a "brady order" but trump can violate a subpeona? if the prosecution has any so-called "evidence' in trump's favor they should deny it, retain it, hide it, cover it up just like trump did with the documents he stole. of course i'm just kidding but it does make sense. why should the prosecution be the only one's to tell the truth? how about demanding the defense turn over all evidence that proves trump's guilt?

@rachelnyn5543 ... will the jury have to pass a security clearance too? did you know trump DIDN'T qualify for a security clearance while in the white house? with trump's vast history of perrsonal and financial ties to foreigners and foreign govts there's no way in hell he qualified. but they gave him one anyway just out virtue of being in the white house. here's my question - why not make it a prerequisite that ALL presidential candidates qualify for a security clearance. anyone who doesn't qualify can't hold the office of "president." wow, that would solve a lot of problems which is why it'll never become a reality.
