  1. what was being played on congress tv before this? why are there tv's in the public areas of the capital anyway? and since when does the "speaker of the house" have all this unilateral power? its not in the constitution. i said this even back when pelosi held that position - the u.s. govt is ruled by 4 different dictators competing for power; the speaker of the house, the senate majority leader, the president and, as one entity, the supreme court. these four entities have dictatorial powers over their realms. that doesn't even include the privileged corporations that rule the govt. this isn't a democracy. ITS A MONSTROSITY!
