I believe you can find most of the least corrupt politicians among those just entering a career in politics. even as cynical as I am I think most, not all, politicians begin their careers with benevolent rather than malevolent motives. but over time they become jaded, frustrated or just manipulated or enticed to put party, the elite or their own self interest over that of the common good or the good of the country. and this is where trump comes in. trump has been corrupt, seeking nothing but greed and self interest his whole life. and he entered politics to further his personal ambitions. trump was a media hound, an incompetent businessman, a self-serving opportunist and a criminal and he brought these qualities to the political arena and continued them through his campaign and his occupation of the Whitehouse. he is by far ONE OF THE MOST CORRUPT vicious and amoral people to be called "president" in the modern era. and that's REALLY saying something!
