  1. the cops of course know the law but just refuse to enforce it. the law being broken is called criminal harassment and even the terrorist threat law could easily apply. the pigs, and this includes the D. A., are just too lazy to enforce ANY law that actually helps people. but they'll enforce ANY law that hurts you with a persistence and efficiency that would make any mobster proud!

  2. +deb... it is sad when you're own law enforcement - your legal employees who's salary you pay - refuse to do the job they were hired to do and enforce the laws that HELP people! they have no qualms enforcing the laws that hurt you but getting them to enforce the laws that help or protect you - GOOD LUCK! its a crap shoot! maybe they will - most likely they won't in America; YOU gotta problem? you're on your own! but if you try to fix it yourself; YOU"RE the one they'll arrest!
