no one needs to go out of their way to "damage" trump. he does that on his own. ALL trump's legal problems are of his own making. the only problem is trump's been making problems for himself for over 45 years and only now are they catching to him. trump should've been tried and imprisoned over 40 years ago. our justice system SUX! its virtually non-existant - EXCEPT against the poor and homeless who overfill our jails and prisons. notice how trump, NOT HIS lawyers, does the speaking. NEVER have i seen an indictee speak for themselves in public. but in trump's case he tells his lawyers what to do and what the law is. they don't tell him. which is just one reason why trump finds himself in the legal mess he's currently in. because HE LISTENS TO NO ONE but his own poorly educated advice and the advice of spineless, mindless sychophants.
