  5. you're kidding right? i live in poverty on disabilkity and i've never paid less than half my income on rent. and i'm currently paying more than half and i live in a govt subsidized affordable housing complex. federal law states my rent isn't to exceeed 30% of my income.   6.  @larrygro  ... i'm an economist and an ethicist. i understand precisely how the capitalist "market" scam works. and i apply ethics to expose its criminality. here's how the stock- market works. the more shares sold the higher the price of those shares. the corporate thugs used their ridiculously illegal trump tax breaks to "buy back" their corporate stocks "artificially" increasing their value and making them even richer. the more a company abuses its employees and steals from consumers the more investors they get and their stock values soar. no one ever got rich, stayed rich or increased their wealth from kindness, ethics or altruism. under capitalism the rich get richer no matter what. a bear market? the rich get richer. a bull market? the rich get richer. there's NO SUCH THING as "natrural" market forces. its all an eloborate myth. and criminals use this myth to justify their cruelity, apathy anf predation. GREED DRIVES THE MARKET. that's capitalism 101. if the rich don't get richer off of it, it don't get done! that's why poverty and inflation flourish. because the rich get richer off of the misery of others.
