not taking medical conditioins into account there's 3 persons who all share in the cause of this very avoidable death. 1) the driver of the car - the driver had an obligation to pay attention to their surroundings. this includes the sidewalk. the driver should've noticed the altercation unfolding before them and taken action to avoid anything that might happen as a result. including STOPPING the damn car. 2) the bicyclist - she should've STOPPED her bike and either waited for the pedestrian to pass or walk around her. that's just common courtesy. 3) the pedestrian has the least responsibilty of the other 2. the rights of the pedestrian ALWAYS takes precedent over vehicles including skateboards. but she, too, could've just STOPPED stood aside and give the bicyclist right-of-way. but the pedistrian has a medical history that, also, shouldn't have been ignored by the state. this lady needed HELP and she wasn'r getting any to do anything! all the state did was prosecute HER for their failure! and that's how capitalism works.

@c.Ichthys ... "apparently" doesn't cut it. rumor doesn't cut it. the pedestrian has a long history of mental and physical problems and the state did nothing to help her. as a pedestrian she had the legal right-of-way. everything i wrote in my comment is the LEGAL and just way to view this obvious miscarriage of justice.

@c.Ichthys ... nope. you've no idea what you're talking about. but that's the new normal. so few on yt or online do know what they're talking about. you can either keep arguing with the facts or you can LEARN from me. the choice is yours.

@SeuOu ... remember my original comment? i explained, using logic, ethics and the law, why what you wrote is incorrect. justice wasn't served. the lady you hate so much was let down by everyone around her. including her govt who trampled all over her human rights to COVER-UP their own corruption and failures. people need to stop jumping to conclusions and accepting rumor and inuendo as fact.

@daboss640 ... i agree. it seems we're no longer allowed to call anyone mentally ill anymore for fear of hurting their feelings. public safety be damned. logic, science, common sense and observable reality be damned. since when is telling people the truth about their condition doing them harm? "modern" society has embraced delusion, wishful thinking as fact. deniel of reality is embraced by the left and right and all you have to do is open your eyes to see the devistating effect denying reality has on society. IT PUTS US ALL IN DANGER! and the ruling elite doesn't care. just who IS making all these decisions for ALL humanity? i never agreed to ANY of it. humanity has gone bonkers and i want no part of it.

@uhohstinky148 ... its not that she doesn't care - she's mentally ill! and her mental illness has made her life miserable. just like in the u. s. these people don't recieve the help they need! the govt says - "lets wait until someone is killed. then we'll get involved." they don't want to spend money to help her but will spend UNLIMITED funds to punish her! THAT'S CAPITALISM!

@goody2shoes384 ... wrong again kemosabe. the govt failed these people and they're scapegoating the pedestrian to cover up their own guilt. why are so many so willing to reject reality and then embrace whatever BS they see on tv? people no longer know how to THINK and analyze. they just blindlly accept whatever their rulers manipulates them to believe.
