@Queenofthatank ... the premise of that idea is that the "declaration of independence" gives the people the right to rebel against and remove any govt that becomes oppresive and tyrannical. this is the position of many in maga and the nra. in fact, its one of the reasons the 2nd amendment exists. the only problem with that is many who now advocate such actions against our present govt want MORE oppression and tyranny. they think, as it is now, the u. s. is TOO FREE and want to destroy that freedom with a govt even more fascist than what we have now. right now BOTH SIDES have gone bonkers supporting fascit ideology and tactics for total social control. we just have 2 fascist sides trying to out-fascist each other. there's no more room for compromise, moderation or cooperation. JUST CONFLICT. both sides push BS so extreme, fanatical, absurd and delusional as to PROVOKE extreme, fanatical, absurd and delusional reactions from the other side. the extremists demand it be all one way or all the other.
