you're talking like that $30k a year isn't a lot of money. i've never made that much money in my life. i just tried to rent two houses in windsor, mo. pop less that 3k. affordable rents. the property management company of BOTH properties wouldn't rent to me because i didn't make 3x the rent in income! i can afford to pay rent but i'm gonna become homeless. there's no one i can call. nothing i can do. i'm screwed. that's what this country has turned into. a corrupt cesspool of idiots making decisions for the rest us.
