here's an idea. why not stop the manufacture and transport of ALL hazardous materials althogther? OH MY GOD! can't have that. the corporate rich need their profits! screw public safety. notice how these hazardous materials are NEVER transported through rich people's neighborhoods. in the u. s. there's a thing called "eminent domain." it allows the govt to procure private property for the public good. but eminent domain is never used against the rich. and the property stolen always increases the profits of the rich. i think its damned time to stop this global INSANITY of allowing the rich to do whatever the hell they please! now, that's a good idea.
