  1. what else is new? bureacracies are set up to protect and perpetuate corruption within their buearcracies. i wonder if the victim got any medical care? i was just denied emergency medical care at A V hospital (lancaster, ca) for THE 2ND TIME! I'M VERY ILL and i've been denied much needed medical care for the last 16 YEARS! i keep being DENIED a MRI that's aleady been ordered by doctors. I NEED HELP! but the news media ignore my suffering. and EVERY govt and corporate bureacracy i've turned to for help has denied me help. NO ONE, not the govt, doctors, lawyers, cops, or corporate bureacratcs, ACT IN MY BEST INTEREST! i'm denied my right to even act in my own best interest! i'm elderly being neglected, marginalized and dehumanized and denied MY PATIENT RIGHTS guaranteed me BY LAW! and no one will help me!
