its common practice for cops to file charges against those they attack or abuse. furthermore, what felony was she charged with? i've heard of criminals committing the most horendous acts just be charged with misdemeanors. they're often arrested and released to commit their crimes again and again. what's the felony here? she was held back by cops. how's that a felony. the other crime being committed is the "thin blue line" effect where the other cops allowing these bogus felony charges to be filed. more than likely they committed perjury to protect their fellow cop. THIS IS WHAT MUST CHANGE! this misguided loyality to fellow cops who break the law!

well, what did these kids, little angels all i'm sure, do to her daighter to make her mom react that way? true, so many people are very weird these days but i'm sure she didn't just do all this for no reason. but i admit that punch out fight at the end was a bit much. but was she protecting her daughter or not?

finding lawyers isn't as easy as what's shown on tv. i have over 100 legitimate lawsuits against landlords, doctors, hospitals, cops, govt agencies and others for elder abuse and neglect, fraud, extortion, violations of civil rights and other crimes committed against me. there's NO LAWYERS where i live. i live in a "lawyer, doctor AND housing desert." the few lawyers i've been able to contact, long distance, either refuse to return my calls or MISQUOTE the law to justify their refusal to help me. for every lawsuit you hear about in the news there's 100 being denied. WE LIVE IN A LAWLESS SOCIETY where enforcing the law is a crap-shoot at best. NO ONE WANTS TO ENFORCE THE LAW leaving so many poor, disabled and elderly completely on our own! this country is truly falling apart. its so much worse than just 20 years ago and its deteriorating at an incredible rate.

"pro-bono" is a myth! its a phrase created by the lawyer industry to creat the illusion the poor has legal protections from the abuses they suffer EVERYDAY! if the poor really had equal access to constitutionally mandated legal representation and services there'd BE NO MORE POOR! poverty is a CRIME! its a violation of human rights. yet it flourishes in the land of "equality under the law." and its getting WORSE! lawyers don't give a damn. and they're surely not going to give up their opulant life style to represent the poor for free.

yes homelessness is a problem. but don't blame homelessness on the homeless. blame it on those who cause it; corporate profiteers who're buying up all the homes and rental properties driving up prices and putting INSANE restrictions on renters. instead of punishing those who cause homelenness they're rewarded with profits so absurd and outrageous as to make roman emperors and french monarchs blush with envy. reagan's fascist "trickle-down" economics is a total failure but is still in effect and the effects are DESTROYING this country. when ONE PERSON can own 10 mansions, 100 luxury apts and 200 vacation homes while millions of others are left to live in squalor on the streets - THAT'S the problem. 95% of the property owned by the ruling elite isn't even used. its bought as a tax write-off as it depreciates in value from non-use!

california is a hell-hole. its corrupt beyond comprehension. and so is alabama and every other state. for instance, THERE'S NO AFFORADBALE HOUSING! anywhere that i can find. corporations are buying up rental properties across the country, often creating local monopolies where a single corporation owns ALL the rental property in a given area. they raise rents, put ridiculous, prejudicial and illegal demands on tenents meanwhile homelessness is skyrocketing and poverty is rampant. the govt's so busy protecting fanaticism, delusion and the wealth of the rich the rest of us are left to fend for ourselves. yet when we do WE get arrested! here's the corporate solution to poverty and homelessness - PUT THEM ALL IN PRISON! then they won't be homeless anymore and the rich can feel safe!
