... a vote to start an impeachment isn't required or even suggested in constitution. this is an investigation. the impeachment vote comes AFTER the investigation. if impeachment is approved then the case for REMOVAL is sent to the senate for a public trial. if approved the house will send its own prosecutor to the senate to represent the house's case. the accused can provide a defense and the senate acts as the jury. you don't ask a jury to decide the case BEFORE or during the investigation.

actually its barr's constitutional duty to assign a special prosecutor for the impeachment process. this was what mueller was about. and in both Clinton's and Nixon's case their OWN attorney's general started the inquiry at the house's request. but barr is a CRIMINAL and refused his legal duty to assign a special prosecutor so the house had to declare an impeachment inquiry on its own.

@richie9878 … LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOOLLOL, see I can write lol too. barr corrupted Mueller's investigation the moment trump assigned barr to be his personal henchman. in other words, mueller would've never come to such unfounded and baseless conclusions if barr hadn't ordered him to. why do you think mueller finished his investigation just a few weeks after barr was brought in? barr's job was to CORRUPT the conclusions of mueller's probe since barr was too late in corrupting the probe itself. mueller uncovered 100's of trump/Russian interference and over 8 instances of trump obstruction. DOZENS OF PEOPLE WENT TO PRISON! barr was brought in to corrupt these findings and stop them from impeaching trump!
