  1. the problem is... this isn't "assault." its assault and battery and they're both labeled as "misdemeanors." jaywalking and parking violations are misdemeanors. but since when is attacking someone a damned misdemeanor? who writes these laws and are THEY DRUNK? or just stupid? i had an a-hole neighbor who falsely accused me of "assault." if i didn't have her LIE on video i'd probably be in jail RIGHT NOW! what happened to the criminal LIAR who falsely accused me? NOTHING! the cops and landlord DID NOTHING to protect me and i was FORCED to live beneath my abusers for 5 MORE YEARS! where they continued to abuse me nearly everday. THIS COUNTRY SUX!

  4. our streets aren't safe. our homes aren't safe. our schools aren't safe. since roughly 1980 this country's turned into chaos, mayhem, violence and murder. we've been going in the wrong direction the last 40 years and the disastrous effects are snowballing. both conservatives and liberals are to blame. they fight each other while society crumbles and collapses. we have a cop shortage, a housing shortage, a doctor shortage, a decency shortage, an empathy shortage and a JUSTICE shortage. maybe its time for a new approach. and accepting reality and rejecting absurdity would be a good place to start.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH PEOPLE? has the internet turned everyone into trolls? no, its not assault, its battery. assault is a threat. battery is carrying out that threat. to say someone punching someone is assault is saying assault and battery are the same thing. meaning battery is redundant and means nothing. don't trash me - LEARN FROM ME! this country is so screwed up. people don't know simple legal concepts or phrases. most americans don't know their own rights. most tv pundits and so-called experts misinform the public. did you know a president can't "pardon" himself? nor can he pardon ANYONE who commits a crime on his behalf. a president ISN'T immune from his crimes. also, a sitting president CAN be prosecuted for his crimes. did you know the 1st amendment doesn't give ANYONE the right to lie? the 2nd amendment doesn't give ANYONE the right to own military weapons of mass murder. and a punch in the face is battery not assault. the sad part is so few realize they're being lied to EVERYDAY by the "leaders" on the right and left.
