@itzenormous ... yes, you identified the false use of the word "free" very well. what the capitalists, the fascists, mean by "Free-market" economy is in fact a Stock-market, or simply a "market" economy. they're 2 different things. and what they call "free-enterprise" is laissez-faire, cut-throat, winner-take-all enterprise. and laissez-faire isn't an act of freedom but an act of predation against competitors, labor and consumers. for instance - when the stock market goes up, the elite reap the benefits. when it goes down everyone BUT the elite pays the penalty.
equalism says: there's absolutely NOTHING FREE in a capitalist economy,; not markets, not products, not govts AND NOT PEOPLE! under capitalism EVERYTHING has its price. including ethics, justice and YOUR very own soul!

@SuperDeathunder ... so you're defending these poor, hapless, misunderstood billionaires? your argument actually points out many flaws of capitalism. its a crime when the daily survival of a "half a million" people depend on maintaining the mega-wealth, luxury and opulence of just ONE PERSON.
you're also assuming that the only way to meet society's needs is to allow a few people to profit from under paying their employees and over charging their customers and hording the vast majority of the profits for themselves. that's a false assumption. there's nothing that indicates the profit motive is the only, or even the most efficient means to meet the needs of the people.
lastly, your claiming these GREAT AND MAGINIFICENT elite are providing us with what we "WANT." another misconception. they simply create the ILLUSION we want these worthless, pointless, overpriced gadgets and products. its called advertising, peer pressure and social dependence. the elite use these methods to manipulate us into wanting and buying the consumer-based economy that makes them so rich.
you're entire argument falls flat. i have a better idea, why don't everyone work for their own best-interests, which can ONLY be achieved through the common good? OUR best interests are best protected when we protect the best interests of EACH OTHER!
