@georgedetterbech6105 .... the corruption belongs to the private sector speculators and profiteers who use their ill gotten wealth to buy the govt. what you say about "ownership" under capitalism is true. anything that can be legally taken from you was never owned by you in the first place. home ownership is an illusion. miss a mortgage payment or fail to pay your property taxes and the TRUE owners of the property, the banks, can take that property from you. that's not ownership by any stretch of the imagination. but the lie has been fire-hosed for so long people actually believe that mortgages and debt equal ownership. under capitalism if the elite don't profit it don't get done. you can see this reality in every corner of the so-called "free-market" as the prices for lawyers, medical care, housing and education ALL SKYROCKET beyond the ability of 80% of the people to afford. debt and debt and wage slavery is what fuels capitalism. your life-long slavery to debt is what makes your rulers rich and keeps them in power.

@keepamerica2astrong280 ... i'm afraid your comment is inaccurate. like all NDA's, HOA'S are illegal and violate human rights. HOA assume "ownership" and control over YOUR property. that's supposed to be illegal. home owners ARE forced to join hoa's to buy their homes. you don't submit to the coercion of an hoa then you don't get a home. that's extortion. and since 90% of all neighborhoods are ruled by hoa's there's little choice by prospective home buyers. the same coercion involves NDAs. if you don't "agree" to have your human rights violated - you don't get the job. these are nothing more than court protected corporate violations of one's constitutional and human rights. just more examples of how corporations rule us even more than our govt does.
