EXCELLENT idea. I always believed my home town of Kansas City would be a perfect choice to relocate many of these agencies if only for its centralized location. but i'd definitely support moving many agencies to these depressed cities too. trouble is, there are too few THINKERS in govt to make these innovative decisions that would benefit the entire country. all they wanna do is continue to benefit the elite who DEPISE innovative thinking. thanks for the video.
