@Foolish188 ... actually that's a common falsehood. there's NOTHING in the constitution that says we can "wave" our LEGALLY protected rights. its just another common convenient constitutional violation. OUR RIGHTS ARE INTRINSIC! the reason for this is so citizens aren't coerced, abused or totrtured to get them to surrender their rights! and this happens all the time.
