  1. capitalism corrupts everything. the profit motive corrupts everything. recycling is saving the environment. not for corporate profit. odd how corporations make BILLIONS creating trash and then make BILLIONS "cleaning up" the trash THEY create. in califotnia tpeople NEVER get back the money they pay on those recycling items. the fee stats fixed but the return fluctuates on the market value. and it fluctuates below never higher than what you pay. about 10 years ago i'd get about a $12 return on my garbage bag full of cans. today that's been reduced to about $7. capitalism has proven a TOTAL failure. maybe its time we try a new approach.
