  1. i've been criminally harrassed by my neighbors for over 8 YEARS! i've called the cops numerous times and they REFUSE to show up! so cops DON'T respond to every report of a crime. but when my harrassers filed a FALSE complaint against me they arrived IN MINUTES! if i didn't have video evidence of my harraser's false police complaint i would probably be in jail right now! but the criminals who filed the false complaints were NOT arrested or charged for filing a false complaint! the cops told ME they had better things to do than "babysit you people." that's what passes for law enforcement in the fascist states of america.

  3.  @timothynichols6629  ... one problem here is that the actions of the bully who caused this whole mess is ignored in the fiasco. the bully is still free to bully and their victim is handcuffed and hauled off to victim-jail. sounds about right. this is america after all!

  4.  @ronaldmead7643  .... lastly, the problem here was THE BULLY not the drawing. and the bully still hasn't been punished but their victim has been. the school and the cops conspired to further bully the victim of a bully.

  8.  @BlazingShackles  ... here's some of the problems with so-called "law enforcement." they can pick and choose what complaints they wish to respond to. (the cops even violate my right to file complaints against my repeat victimizers.) the cops seldom consider misdemeanors as serious crimes. assault and harrasment and other serious crimes are classified as misdemeanors. and a habitual predator can be arrested for and found guilty of 100s of misdemeanor violations without serious consesquences which only encourages them to become repeat offenders and even escalate their crimes. i say after 2 misdemeanor convictions for the same violation, or maybe even for different crimes, the 3rd one automatically becomes a felony. as it is our country is a lawless society ruled by thugs, gangs and predators who terrorize people on a daily basis. and some of these thugs, gangs and predators are cops, politicians and corporate CEOs! and they not only often get away with their crimes but reap financial awards for their crimes!

  9.  @andyspoo2  ... parents can't be blamed for the actions of their children unless they actually approve and encourage that action. i know as a teenager a did a lot of things my parents wouldn't approve of. they weren't even aware of it.

  11.  @DioBrando-qr6ye  ... you're both right and wrong. yes, anyone has a right to report to the police what they believe is a crime. its up to the cops to discern frivilous, baseless complaints from legititmate ones. but mob bosses order others to commit crimes all the time. and, yes, they're just as guilty as those who carry out the crimes.

  12.  @Wisdom-Nuggets-Tid-Bits  ... tell me about it. for 6 of those years i had no car which limited my ability to find new housing and move. i was too poor to move anyway. it takes MONEY to move and the poor, like me, can't just move at will. lastly, now i have a car but landlords are DEMANDING of every renter 3 times the rent in income. and affordable housing is booked for years! i'm elderly, disabled with absolutely no one to advocate for me! i'm completely on my own. I'M TRAPPED! i'm being tortured and can't ESCAPE my tormentors. THAT'S THE REAL AMERICA!

  30.  @ronaldmead7643  ... as far as we REALLY know the whole incident may be made up. from what we were told about the story the cops conspired with school officials to further bully a victim of bullying. they did no investigarion of the charges, didn't interview the other kids involved in drawing the picture and made no attempt to contact the accused bully. any way you look at it, if the story is true and from what we were told, its just another example of school and police misconduct.
