first of all graffiti ISN'T art. its vandalism. its fascism in action. it destoys communities and praises gangsterism and thugs. these idiots call it "tagging" because it TAGS certain areas as being controled by certain gangs. public buildings are FOR THE PUBLIC not for BS "self-expression" and marking gang territory. "murals" are no different but there are exceptions.
